I don't know what exactly you are referring to but if it's about twitch ads I got them on the schedule and sometimes with longer games(this one was I think over 40 minutes unedited)It's hard not to play ads during the game. I'll look into different solutions, thanks for the feedback.
This minion will be neft soon. I think dev will change it from trigger a deathrattle to avenge; or set limit per combat; or each kind of deathrattle only trigger once
