Grisha seeing Eren + Zeke is Eren sending back memories of him viewing the memories with Zeke. So the memories that Eren is send back is pretty much "placing" him and Zeke at those events.
He can see the memorera of the future inheritors but only the memorera they want him to see. Eren used this to influence him and to terrify zeke in the last part of the episode
