hey guys, got to catch up with ‪@ericbugenhagenOfficial‬ for one of the best training sessions of my life at the Arnold Fitness Expo. This dude is the real deal, and I had an absolute blast getting after it. We wanted to do a high intensity Tom Platz style partner workout and this is what we came up with for our full body session.
