I never understood this "forcing people to apologize" thing. When you were a kid and you did something to another kid that an adult found "bad" and they forced you to apologize, were you ever sorry for doing it? The overwhelming majority of maids are of Hispanic background because many of them immigrate from Mexico for example and do not speak English well and might not have an education that is valued in the US economy. Therefore they take up jobs with low complexity like cleaning toilets. That is what Kelly said and what she meant. She should not be shamed for talking about the world that surrounds us as it is.
