tbh with you it wasn't even meant to be one, it was just that month (january) people from my region were getting insane packet loss and had to resort to using vpns to try and fix it... it had to do with the the server providers that all the rust servers use, like Rustafied, Rustoria, Moose, Rustopia, Reddit etc.
