in Norway, there's not lot of homeless plus this prison is more of a healthy lifestyle they teach the prisoners so when they're out, they're used to it. in fact Norway is trying to not have many prisoners.

If the homeless desire the comfort of such a jail, it's easy,......just commit a crime and plead guilty before a judge!
