I feel terrible for Abel. Yes, he’s from the Delta, who kidnap kids against their will. All he wanted to do is survive. That’s understandable. I don’t want to justify his actions, I want to give reasons for them. He regrets what he did. He hated doing what he did. In reality, I think he was a coward, and in a world like that, it twisted his mind, forced him to do things he didn’t want to do, just to survive. He does not deserve this. His arm got bit off, he fell from a high balcony, he got stabbed in the eye, the dog bit his arm, clem broke his nose, his foot did a weird twist. He survived all of that and at the end he gets killed anyways. He was a cool and ridiculous character. He was always the biggest threat to clem and aj. And he made this whole season really intense. Sadly, hes gone now.

I was brutal at the begining of the interrogation, but when he said that he'll tell me where is Lilly, I was like: "Okay. Cool. That's a really good deal. You are finally starting to talk with sense." So I gave him my word and keep it afterwards.

It’s sad seeing this character die, I know he tried to kill them before but now it’s just depressing. Watching a character die and plead to not turn is sad, he was a part of the enemy’s team but had a good soul.

I know Abel was a total jerk in the game but some part of it it seems like he was a genuine and respectful person in a matter of speaking just trying to survive. I really feel bad for him dying this way.

Out of all the choices I went with mercy kill. It was the same principle as choosing the good guy options for Lee. I was shaping a potential character whether that was Clem or AJ

I like that Abel got a tragic redemption arc.

This season was really something special, sure. Its was one thing to teach clementine how to shoot as Lee. And arguably some see Clem + Lee is a lot like Clem + AJ’s dynamic. But Clementine had a life before the breakout, her parents love, childhood hobbies, school. But AJ never had any of that. He was born into a fight he never asked to be apart of. He never knew any of his parents, all he knew was Clem. And as much as he would try to act independent and strong to defend himself and his only family. He only really had Clem, and he was a little boy in all of this who was understandably very attached and dependant to the only person who stood a mother figure to him.

So one I couldn't believe how many mercy killed him I thought it would've been more evenly split but nope Also it's one thing killing someone but it's another letting him turn when u can hear to fear in a fully grown mans voice u know u gotta mercy and hey isn't killing him enough u get the satisfaction of killing him depending if u believe what he's says is true or not but honestly he's not the worst antagonist we've had in terms of being a bad guy he's actually quite tame well to me anyway which is nice in a way and is the reason why I should mercy kill him cause letting him turn into a walker that's just all kinds of fucked especially when he's Afraid of it too
