Yes glass/water is as a capacitor for light, I would agree. Dielectric as a description for gravity however doesn’t necessarily work in my view, as everything’s affected by gravity and not locally polarized or charged unless on a macro scale to which it is not observable from within the microcosm here on Earth. My two cents.

@@UAPChannel Gas is not affected by Gravity. Gas is matter with 360 deg of freedom. The problem with matter is we dont know what it really is. You are probably still stuck on pressure gradient in the atmosphere, I can logically explain why pressure gradient exists in pressurised and sealed environment. I wont put out it down here now, im busy.. If you wish to know Ill follow up.
