This has the clearest sound. I've been listening to this song for quite some time now. The artists, producers and composers will remain unknown but the sound holds the collective experience of the forgotten generation X.
I find this very interesting but unfortunately, I thinki that we won't be able to know who recorded/composed this song. It could be hundreds of bands from the 1980s. As a kid from the 1990s, I used to record a lot of radio songs on cassettes too and my local radio played every week some local bands that probably got forgotten today. It's even more difficult with "The Most Mysterious Song on the Internet" because it sounds like a LOT of bands we know today, and a lot of people/bands are already claiming this and their different stories sound legit.
