The 'weird stickers' on some Funko Pops are for Pops released in different parts of the world. For example, that glow in the dark foxy wasn't a Toys R Us exclusive in Australia, so it had a generic 'Special Edition' sticker on it.

I kinda get what that one bioworld lanyard with the weird art was going for? It was probably an attempt to look like the actual cartoony versions of pizzeria mascots, like what chuck e cheese has and the art from security breach. Granted, it wasn't done good at ALL, but I think complaining about the fact they don't look like animatronics is silly when it's clear that wasn't the intent. At least complain about how they didn't stick to it with freddy
