When you see the white guy, Collin, making racist jokes, it's because for the final episode of each season the two hosts write each other's jokes. The first time they're seeing them is when they read off the teleprompter live on air. So Michael, the other host, usually writes racist jokes for Collin to say.

They don't write the racist lines themselves, so when he says "I thought of another punchline" thats just what his teleprompter says😂
