Just normal OC, m2 attack doesn’t off cooldown when a conjure upgrade is added up to it. So you can just have all conjure upgrades, spam m2, use zero, repeat. There are a lot of conjure upgrades so you don’t really have to worry about the tempo cooldown.

dreamer has low hp so its not suprising that its hard on seconds

@@aguast4 I know this is late but here's a trick you can use: Get OC Omit Tempo and Coalescence upgrade for Dreamer. OC Omit will allow you to camp until you get Coalescence back, and once Coalescence is ready to be used again, stop the Omit and execute it (would recommend triggering the move a second before ending Omit as it has a bit of startup) and then go back into Omit ASAP. You still have to dodge attacks every now and then since Omit has the 5 second cooldown, but if you are careful enough, you should be able to beat Seconds easily with this (be prepared to unleash your inner patience though because this strategy takes a long time, due to the fact that Coalescence has a long CD)
