The entire ending was just great The golden deag to Matt's face. His airplane barrage the next round. Then winning as a jester. Just damn, five wins in a row.
@TM Delacrush The swapper (on death) swaps roles with whoever killed them, so if Ryan (the Detective) shoots Alfredo (the Swapper), then Ryan will die and Alfredo will become the detective.
Gavin: *Get's killed in the first 20 seconds of the round* Also Gavin: "Michael can i play?" Fredo: *Kills Gavin in the first 10 seconds the very next round*
I think with Double Jump in TT is that it doesn't work after a certain amount of time? They added double jump in a previous video and they mentioned that if you've been falling for X amount of time you could no longer double jump. IDK, I'm vaguely remembering this, they could also be wrong lol. Edit: Nevermind, Ryan successfully uses the double jump at least once lol.
@@sebastianwlodarczyk It's the first time I've seen it pulled off successfully, and I've watched all of the videos and most of the streams. I just remember that Trev does it the most and it usually fails miserably. They either see the body and don't care, or he accidentally exposes that he is alive before it can blow, haha.
I have a theory that RT had one competent employee working in the office and now since lockdown has them separated he can't set their garbage up to record.
I don't know why Waluigi launcher got hit with the ban hammer. I still think barnacles are kinda busted. On certain maps, they are impossible to look out for and there's nothing the victim can do. They're basically a 100% kill, for just walking into a room alone. I think it's hilarious when a traitor gets caught by their own barnacle, but even then they could get saved by their teammate or even an innocent. At least, the Waluigi launcher had a "WAAAAH BOOM!"
@@zanpakutoman4225 Because it's just a rocket launcher, but even _faster_ , and that's just no fun to fight. If anybody is even remotely close to you, they're dead.
Look guys I would watch stuff on the RT site but the site *SUCKS* . Navigation is a mess and every time an ad plays the video starts from the beginning again. This is really annoying when watching longer videos like the archived Livestreams. And video progress isn't "saved". If I watch 30 minutes of an archived Livestream and then close the window and want continue the next day or so the videos starts from the beginning again.
You’ve just described my RU-vid experience perfectly. (I think it’s definitely bugged) Edit: Their app seems to work better than their site, I haven’t had many problems with it other than being stuck at a low video quality on the archived streams.
watching the streams live on the site is also terrible if you don't have perfect wifi. Streams work great for me on youtube plus i can pause them and let them load if i want too, but the moment i switch to the site it barely plays and you cannot pause them to let them load a bit, they just catch up to the live automatically.
That's strange, video progress on their website is always saved for me. It seems like from person to person it varies - either their site functions perfectly as intended, or the video player is a total mess. For me, I've never had any issues.
@@fretwalker1 I doubt any of ah has anything to do with that. Pretty sure some higher up was looking how ah is one of the only branches at rt that's still doing alright for themselves, and wanted to force them to put more exclusive content on there.
@@fretwalker1 They just can't please people like you can they? First people were complaining because the videos were under 30 minutes. Then they go back to making videos over 30 minutes and people still complain about them "being too short" because they have extra rounds on the site. So ungrateful. Just be glad they make videos at all that you can still watch on their RU-vid channel and be happy with that.
Not to mention the homing insta-kill, large enough AoE to kill a group of unsuspecting victims, and it's still fast enough that it's hard to outrun it.
@@phatan1845 No way, watching the boomerang fly and bounce everywhere in a closed room is too funny! They should remove the one hit kill shot however if that's possible.
One of the better ones in a while! Everyone was into it, the cast was good, the map was interesting, and there was plenty of unique funny moments, Especially Matt’s unfortunate last rounds lol
*Gave's the detective* *Gavin puts down a possession seal* *Gave dies* *Gets revived as a traitor* *dies again* If someone walked over the possession seal, what would happen? Would he come back? If so, would he be innocent, a detective or does he come back as a traitor?
One time use and you come back as the role that you were before you died. If you can afford it I think you could probably place down two and the second time you would still be the role you started with. I'm not sure I fully understood your question so hopefully, that answered it.
@@VaanOtacon A detective puts down a possession/demonic seal. That detective dies. That detective gets revived by a hypnotist *without* anyone stepping on the possession seal. That detective dies again, after they're dead someone steps on the possession seal, what would that detective be after that?
@@undercoversoviet6399 Ah, right, we have still yet to see that properly tested. Part of me wonders if the game just breaks entirely. In this one, we see someone that put down a seal revive without it, and it doesn't seem to do anything past that point so I think it just counts the seal as used.
So roosterteeth is on vrv and I watched this with the bonus rounds. It's ridiculous especially she combined with the weeping angel there were like 3 paper air planes chacing the detective while he had a weeping angel on him and he just ran around in circles unable to do anything. They took it out like they did with the waluigi launcher
I feel like a great way to balance it, especially with AH being as backstabby as they are, would be to allow the target to change if the afflicted player whacks someone else with the crowbar. Kinda like the Bomb game type in Move or Die. Would be amazing to see Jeremy bait the traitor into locking an airplane onto him, only for him to chase Gavin, screaming, across the map, crowbar in hand.
I mean, you can still miss with the Waluigi Launcher though. The airplanes will continue to lock onto any non-traitor until it blows up or all non-traitors are dead. Honestly, it's about as OP and cheap as the Weeping Angle. I wish they wouldn't use weapons that lock onto targets and track them down until their dead. It's a pretty cheap tactic that sorta kills the game if I am going to be honest. The Bees aren't so bad because even though they track you down, you can at least kill them.
@@bloodwolfgaming9269 Plus bees attack anything that gets near, meaning like with barnacles the traitors have to be careful. I definitely agree on weeping angels and the paper airplanes being cheap.
@@the_rabidsquirel True...that and despite their tracking and how they attack everyone, they also don't instantly kill players. And I've seen people say the Boomerang is too OP but I would rank it on level with the Bees because when thrown in it's alt fire, it can hit/kill anyone when it is bouncing around...even the person who threw it in the first place, so it's a little more balanced. I would say the top 3 most OP weapons/items would be: the airplanes, the Waluigi Launcher, and then the Weeping Angles are very close behind that.
BloodWolfGaming92 The Weeping Angel at least had the benefit of the target being able to mitigate its advance, and that the player is notified when they become a target, as well as requiring the traitor to get direct line of sight on the target. As opposed to the airplanes, which just throw and immediately hunt down non-traitors and switch targets should the original one die from other causes.
Fredo trying to kill Matt for no reason. Ryan killing Matt with the Golden Deag at the last second. Fredo killing Matt the next round for no reason even though Matt was innocent and correct. Matt getting mad next round and killing Ryan who was the Jester to lose the game. GG Matt Bragg. May he rest in peace.
The RT one is 43:50. That means there is 26.6% more video on the site. That is not "a couple more rounds" as Michael says. So Trevor, or whoever is making this choice; What did the youtube viewer do to cause this? This hardly punishes youtube at all so please don't say something like "youtube stopped paying as much per view" this just gives the viewer, who has no say in how youtube pays, less video. Edit: I was a first member multiple times for months at a time, and I have also bought merch multiple times too. I am not just trying to tear down AH, I have been watching and supporting for a long time
AH: We're not cutting anything, we're just filming extra rounds for the site Me: Looks at video length.. 32:10 for us on RU-vid RIP 43:50 on the site 😭
They stopped saying that dumb quote. They've also released content exclusively to the RoosterTeeth website before.. like, they moved Roulette's Play to their website. I have zero interest in watching things on their site, but, eh. I think it's a nice idea for them to be trying.
@@RG001100 For me, I do believe exclusive content works. I can respect that, having RT only vids like Roulets play. I however hate the bonus rounds. Either keep the entirety of the video on RT only or release the whole thing on YT. Don't cut out the end to entice people to watch the rest on your site (that apparently sucks). I doubt the bonus rounds are that worthwhile anyway but if they are, you're just waving them in the face of the YT viewers. Basically "You want a better version of the video? Then you have to go to an entirely different site for it".
@@MysteriousTomJenkins yeah, the current messaging is patronising and belligerent about it. :/ It'd be nice if there was some value-add to watching there. (They reply on RT site, or they play with special guests, or play community-submitted maps or something..). Well, they've improved their phrasing based on the upset comments, maybe they'll continue improving.
28:49 Matt was more correct than he could have ever known, but "he" is done winning. "He" lost and will carry that L with him for as long as the internet remembers.
Bonus rounds are like tax returns... you should have had it in the first place since it got taken away, but youre gonna have to jump through hoops first
They should have a custom weapon made that's a snail that works like the paper airplane. It's half as fast, but whoever is the snail's target gets a million credits to spend.
i mean they've already been slowly increasing how much is site only i give it 2 or 3 months until ttt is fully site exclusive if they dont see more backlash
I got to say, TTT is much more refreshing without Fiona constantly yelling into the mic and disregarding her teams. She was so good to watch for a while, but her silliness is getting in the way of the game now. I want more like this.
13:53 - I did not expect Gavin to win a match like that! That is pretty damn sneaky! (lol) 25:37 - Matt... you poor unfortunate soul. You should not have stood next to Ryan!
Rj Peterson idk about you, but that charm has quickly turned into annoyance for me lol. It was funny when it first started happening years ago, but now it’s like “how have they not figured this out yet”
@@LuckyMatt It's a package deal when you watch Achievement Hunter. There are AV problems, sometimes the made up games don't work, and the other people watching bitch and complain about every little thing. Imagine Super Best Friends without the references to wrestling, anime, and obscure Canadian things. Or imagine Game Grumps without Arin losing his shit over obstacles he only encounters through his own incompetence. This is just the local flavor it all.
i love the achievement hunter team and I'm sure not being in the office makes videos and audios very susceptible to messing up somehow and losing quality, but when was the last ttt where no one had any audio/video issues lmao
Jeremy's audio sounds like he was messing with computer settings so instead of the microphone being the device used in the audio capture it was instead the webcam.
