If France did the French union focus, somehow got all their colonies to agree to become cores, and then did the Franco British Union decision as they were being capitulated by Germany you could also get cores on the entirety of the French empire. I'm pretty sure you can also get cores on Portugal, which means you can also get Brazil, Angola and Mozambique. Edit: Plus, if France does the Bourbon Monarchy focus, which gives them cores on Spain after Spain has gotten cores on Portugal, you can also get all of Western Europe as cores. Finally if you do everything you did, make the British dominion of north America, become fascist, form the Imperial federation, and then form the European Union, you'll have cored half the world through shenanigans. Also also, if one of France's colonies was fed the right provinces to form Andalusia, and was able to expand it, when France does the French union focus they'll also get cores all over it, which means you can also core the entirety of the Arab world on top of everything else.
To get Elizabeth II as your country leader, you have to do The King's Party, wait for Edward VIII to die, then get George VI killed by letting the air over Southern England go red which I think gives you a chance for an event where he dies from Windsor Palace getting bombed. She'd actually be a really good leader if you could somehow gimmick getting her early.
It's the other way around. You have to get Edward VIII killed by letting an enemy strat bomb London. After him, you get George VI who will die of natural causes approximately 5 years after 1941.

It isn't possible to get cores on India under any circumstances, even if you go Fascist and get cores on Europe. You only get cores on the Dominions because they are actually majority English speaking and culturally similar.
