the MOST POPULAR RUNE on TEEMO just got CHANGED... Let's talk about it. 

In this game, at level 6 you had 3 stacks (slightly behind the curve) Old DH: 37.65 + 15 = 52.65dmg New DH: 20 + 27 = 47dmg At level 11 you had 11 stacks (slightly ahead of the curve) Old DH: 55.29 + 55 = 110.29 dmg New DH: 20 + 99 = 119 dmg At 16 you had 23 stacks (helped by getting 3 in that top alcove fight - way ahead!) Old DH: 72.94 + 115 = 187.94 dmg New DH: 20 + 207 = 227 dmg Edit: + AP/AD ratios which have stayed the same ---- The break even point is 15 stacks at level 18 Old DH: 80 + 70 = 155 New DH: 20 + 135 = 155 1 stack per level is a good goal to have I think.

Damage adjusted 20-80 (based on levels 1-18, linear) (+5 per Soul) (+10% bAD) (+5% AP) >>> 20 flat (+9 per Soul) (+10% bAD) (+5% AP) So in a nutshell, you get 4 damage more per stack, but you get 3.52 less per level, basically if you're at a stack per level the damage is the same. If you're more than a stack per level, it will be less. Top lane in a standard island game its lower value. Mid lane if you're against a mage who will deny you stacks its lower value. Support probably sees the most increase in value. To compare it to electrocute, Base damage adjusted 30-220 >>> 50-190 (based on levels 1-18, linear) Cooldown reduced 25-20 >>> 20 flat seconds It becomes even with level 1 electrocute in terms of damage dealt at 4 stacks, more likely it will be around 10 stacks where the two will even out in terms of damage dealt. Dark Harvest will fully overtake electrocute in damage dealt at 22 stacks. It does still have twice the cooldown without accounting for resets though. So all in all, its a buff to the rune on Teemo in most instances where you would have run the rune before.

Dark harvest is 4 extra pr stack, but loose scaling base dmg up to 60. 60/4=15, so at 15 stacks, you do the same dmg as the old one with full base dmg (80) at 15 stacks. from there on it do more dmg, and the cooldown is reduced. id say its a buff. the scaling is around 3,3/level, thats about 20 at lvl 6, 36 at lvl 11 and 54 at lvl 16 so at lvl 6 you need 5 stacks for the same dmg at lvl 11 you'd need 9 stacks and at 18 you need 15 stacks

I'm maining Teemo for years too , but mostly played it with onhit/tankmo onhit build , so i tried the ap builds several times but EVERY time i try building Nashors it just feels ... not good for my playstyle , i rather go attack speed boots and buy other ap items - and i rly have problems with choosing my key-mastery on ap teemo, obv fleet is always a "solid" choice , which mastery do u take for which reason right now ?

Harvest procs when ur dead, so even if you die first, as long as your team pulls enemies into shrooms, harvest is cooking. As a full ap teemo its quite common to die to assassins. So stack cdr, spam shrooms, melt

I’m obv new to league but to get a procc or stack idk of dark harvest do you literally just have to hit someone under 50 hp

Sounds like the scaling is now solely attached to procs. So, its a buff for champs who can stack it easy and a nerf for anyone else because you lose the level scaling. Either way, if you can get 1 proc per level, it basically is on par with the old version.

7 Stacks new DH = 0 Stacks old DH at level 18. 16 stacks at level 18 is about break even New DH = 164, Old DH = 160. Anything over 16 stacks and new dark harvest hits harder.

I'm still a firm believer in HoB being the best rune overall for teemo, aside from certain lane match ups where you need the extra heal from fleet. It's really good for trades in the early game, or being able to actually auto them a few times as they perma run backwards, can build basically w/e you want with it still, and into the mid-late game essentially allows for you to delete one of the squishies instantly.
