Unfortunately people are stealing and reuploading her videos leaching off her revenue. If you can please help report videos of Liqizi that are not uploaded by her own channel.
@@user-wu6xl4wq5q is there electricity there to run videos & internet? It might not be so hard to live if there is electricity & home comforts, like a washing machine! 😂
Who said cooking can't be an art. Your videos are incredible beautiful, a whole experience for the eyes, ears and soul. Thank you very much for your creativity and art!
I think she switched out the beancurd. The original beancurd is firmer and tinted green which explains the dim lighting. But when she held it in her hand cutting it--brighter lighting--it's much softer and less white. You can also tell the texture of it is less firm while it's cooking in the wok.
The cinematography, the scenery, the interactions with Grandma, the music, the culture and heritage, the vast abilities of this woman, everything about these videos are as amazing and beautiful as this woman!!
I must say, you are fiercely beautiful, strong and incredibly talented! I absolutely love these videos. You are truly the best type of role model for any young person and even many adults. Many many blessings to you, your lovely family and home. 🙏🏼☺️💖
+Tara Cheng I agree wholeheartedly! Liziqi is a tremendous role model and reminder of what purely *living* looks like. I think the modern technocratic society has lost itself along the way of 'progress.'
@kei company. The beauty of one's culture should transcend nationalities and borders. I love Japanese culture too. It is just so nice to appreciate other's culture beauty regardless!
I love to watch her very fine videos , I like the way that she shares her culture with all who are willing to keep an open mind . This fine lady also teaches us how to care for the people in our live that are very important to us , Like our parents and our loving grand parents . Her videos help me to relax after a hard day at work, thanks for the joy and peace that you share with me in your videos my friend from China. Your friend and fan from Canada .
I wish to thank all the fine people who took the time to read and send likes . I would like to thank them for their support of this very fine lady who loves to share and teach others about her culture. It is so refreshing to see her loving and caring for Grandma . This lady gives of her self to all that she puts her lovely hands to. She donated a lot of medical supplies to help the fine people of China to overcome the virus that was causing great suffering and even death . Thanks again , Please have a wonderful day with your fine families and friends . Your friend from Canada!!!
I'm from Australia and have been watching your channel for almost two years. I love how self sufficient you are, and have recently introduced my husband to all of your episodes and he also loves them! Being able to walk out of your home and pick your own produce is amazing. I hope you upload many more new videos and never stop. We really enjoy sitting back with drinks and watching all the things you create and cook.
She is like a princess, this channel beats anything they're showing on Food Network in the states. This channel is better than any Tv series i have ever seen. She inspired me to cook Vietnamese food
Your videos show me parts of my culture from my mom's half. I'm part Chinese and seeing your videos helps me feel like I am connecting with that part of my roots. I like them :)
When I was a child, lots of things were made manually and we almost never ate frozen food or carbonated drinks. I sound like a boomer but I'm 27, I never appreciated how much work it takes to make fresh good meals every single day until I had to do it myself. Blessed may be all the food youtubers.
@@autumnramble I'm talking out of my ass, but I think frozen food might be getting a bad rep because the stuff they freeze for super markets tends to be garbage. I don't see why fresh ingredients or healthy meals shouldn't be good if frozen properly. Similar to how meats are being called "unhealthy", even though all the studies fail to control for animal health and well being (battery farm = unhealthy, organic free range = healthy). I don't think it should come as a surprise that painfully unhealthy "ingredients" would lead to unhealthy outcomes.
So true. Growing up we didn’t have a freezer. Only a refrigerator. There was no need for a freezer because meat was slaughtered fresh and divided amongst extended relatives and neighbours. All vegetables and fruit were growing in the backyard. Ice creams and other frozen foods were never eaten because they weren’t natural. Now everything’s changed.
Yeah... I don't use a lot of those frozen meals. Mostly the vegetables. I mix fresh vg with frozen. But i get what you mean about frozen food. Its fine once in a while... Bit i couldn't eat it all the time
Why dont we request discovery or TLC channel to promote her show on tv..so everyones parents and friends get refreshed by watching her video..how many are agree with me hit the like
@@sassyrice7662 I'd recommend watching any of his specials or shows that are not the U.S. Kitchen Nightmares and Hell's Kitchen. He's actually a lot more chill and polite then those two shows make him out to be. For some reason, American T.V. producers think that everyone wants to see him screaming insults at everyone all of the time.
I am having trouble over coming laziness. This laziness is effecting my health physically, mentally even spiritually. Also I am full of grumbling and easily fall in to despair. when I watch these videos it inspires me, because your so diligent. I feel if she can so can I. When I watch these videos I reflect a lot on my self too I never experience this kind of life style to work hard for something even a meal. I wish to change many things in m life from now on.
Just throw yourself into an activity, keep practicing, don't expect perfection (cause it doesn't really exist anyway) and say yes more than you say no. Eventually you will feel strong, capable and ready to ask for more out of life every day. "Action is the antidote to despair."
She usually starts w/ an extra step -- seeds -- grows the soybeans, then harvests, then cooks! She got a special duck egg recipe video that starts w/ baby ducks. Lots of her projects take more than a year.
I hope that one day this lady will have a loving family of her own, so that all the skills that she has can be passed on and the great learning for us all will continue. I think two twin girls would be a great blessing for her and us as well. I watched this beautiful woman make a outdoor stone oven from start to finish. I have saved all her videos in order for my family to learn from a true master of everything. This lady has unlimited knowledge and wisdom , she shares it all to those who are willing to learn. Thanks for the greatest gift, the gift of learning from an angel of China!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks to the fine person who has taken the time to read and like my comments concerning this amazing woman and all her lovely videos. My best to you and may you and all the fine members of your family have a wonderful day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@Proger-sj8cj Thank you for taking the time to read and reply to my comments concerning this lovely and talented young woman. To all the young women of China I pray that you will be blessed to become wonderful loving mothers to a great and wonderful people and to the nation that is China!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I believe she's making tofu, and the dish she made was 'Mapo Tofu'. Mapo tofu is a very popular dish that uses lots of spices, such as Sichuan peppercorns for a very numbing spice effect. It's usually paired with ground pork and has a slurry to make a gravy-like sauce. Looks very delicious!
My son has now joined your fan-base here in Tennessee, said what you were cooking "looked really good!" :-) As always thank you for your hard work, best wishes.
If you really like her, you can follow her Weibo (The Twitter counterpart in China): www.weibo.com/mianyangdanshen?is_hot=1, she posts daily status by herself, now there are 11 millions follower of his account. Thanks.
Even though I have eaten it most of my life, I took for granted how tofu was actually made. After all the work that goes into making it, I feel like I should appreciate it a little more now. Beautiful video!
littleprince i just learned that yesterday, it works! Unfortunately that also removes the subtitles, so you can't read her conversations with her grandma she usually has at the end of each video. But i just watch it twice now, cuse it's only like 10 seconds of the video. So i read the subtitles with the boxes there, and then go back 10 seconds and drag the video down a little to see them eat together :)
She show you how the feeling of eating it, the True Mapo Doufu is very spicy and hot and variety tastes, if you dont eat fast , you will be 'burnt'....😁
Wow! How amazing!! The Chinese people are so smart and innovative!! Without the Chinese we wouldn't have most of what we have and/or know. Thank you 🙏🏽💙
Two years ago I sold my house in the city and did just that. Now I have 54 fruit and nut trees a giant garden and some goats. You can do it if you want it bad enough, but it’s a lot of constant work.
