I believe Judith is S tier with that color combo and being able to “Plaque Wind” often for as little as 1 mana. Especially when you can easily exile creatures that would die with other card abilities.

Voja is easily the strongest commander in this set imo, given how many elves you can get out by the time you swing your commander on turn 4 or 5

Putting krenko in C is absolutely criminal. Probably A or S tier.

You're definitely overhyping Anzrag. I mean it only has 4 toughness, no trample, no haste, and a seven mana ability. It's powerful for sure, but a one sided boardwhipe for 1 mana is more powerful and Judith has access to more than 4 of those and more of the same effect at 2 mana. A 4/4 will kill Anzrag, so you either give it indestructible or first strike/double strike, not impossible in Gruul, but it doesn't stop exile effects. And unless you give it trample, which isn't hard but is a step, then it whipes the board and hits but not much else. The "true combo" requires multiple indestructible creatures/fog effect, trample, haste or not summoning sick, and a lure effect all at the same time. Where as Judith produces creatures that burn the opponents so even if the remove her they still have to deal with that. And Aetherflux or Bolas's Citidel with Blasphemous Act are easy wins. So anzrag is powerful, I don't fault it as an S tier, but it doesn't stand alone. Meanwhile, Vannifar will get Blightsteel Colossus, Ulamog, or other huge game winning creatures with ease I mean you cast her on turn 4 or 5 and hold up a counter and blink spell then before your turn flip your cloaked card and game over for one person. And that is without a high end mana base. And in colors known for hexproof and counterspell effects. My point being that all these commanders actually need several components to go right without being interrupted.

Judith is so S tier. Played with her as a proxy and I wrecked all night.

can't wait for voja to come to arena. A wolves commander with a elf sub theme is the card I definitely can get behind. I think something might have happened to tolsimir because voja has never been it's own card without tolsimir.

Krenko at C is crazy

I don't understand why you think Voja and Duskana are even remotely on the same level. With Duskana you get a static pump effect, have to attack with a lot of creatures to have that pump work and it only lasts that turn, and can only draw cards on etb, meaning you have to waste mana on blinking Duskana while maintaing a board full of some of the easiest creatures to kill. With Voja, you get the effect as long as he attacks (whether alone or with other creatures), you draw nearly the same amount of cards but every attack, and the pump is counters so it doesn't go away at end of turn, and helps make your board resistant the plentiful amount of deal 3 damage to all creature effects that'll destroy a Duskana board. Not only that but mana dork elves now can be used early game for ramp while still being useful late game. and to put the cherry on top it has ward 3, vigilance, and trample. like I'll still play both but to say their on the same power level is baffling

Mirko seems a little underestimated. It's reminiscent of Meren without being broken in an almost boring way.

Just built Marvo, he’s stronger in cedh than casual. Imperial seal or vamp throw into peer, win and cast peer for free and win.

After the first GOTCHA, Trostani becomes hilarious. I've gotten multiple people killed off double strike on an opponent's creature, no politics involved. After a deathtouch or two, people just start doing no blocks all over and the table just plummets. I enjoyed Judith, but Trostani is my favorite from this entire set.

Kellan has too much potential to be put into the C tier. Liquimetal Torque and Coating to pop permanents other than just artifacts is just chaotically fun.

The following opinion is from a mostly casual player keep in mind: As the resident Gruul player in my play group, I feel like you are over hyping Anzrag; He is good but not super... Only 4 toughness, no haste, is easy to deal with. 7 mana to use his ability (even in green) is still a lot. Judith should definitely be S tier. I mean constant board wipes? Really? And the crocodile elk should be A or S tier in my opinion, you said it yourself Mitch; draw 15 cards in one turn, recast a 15 toughness creature for potentially 1 mana. Really? There are some gnarly combos you can do with that croc-elk. The pride of the Hull Clade almost seems like the hard counter to Anzrag with the right setup.

Just played my marvo deck for the first time tonight. Shit is BUSTED. There are very few clash cards but that doesn’t matter. Spark double and auton soldier get the job done IMMEDIATELY. And hoarder’s greed gives you an instant board most of the time. I went from just marvo to having a board full of massive leviathans and eldrazi in ONE TURN. Incredibly powerful commander.

While massacre girl is good I think you’re overhyping a bit considering Scorpion god & Hapatra exist already but don’t see a lot of play. She will def make those 2 decks a lot better while being decent in her own right still!

Its wierd how they seem to just willy nilly put the ''once each turn'' limit on some cards but then other cards with perhaps even better effects dont have the limitation..

Feather is a probably A tier, any deck with this cards "do something and buy a card" with enough mana you never will be without cards in hand and a lots of cantrips

The fact that Judith isn't S is kinda funny. She takes far less to make her work than the Mole God. You're talking about all fogs and indestructible effects to make the Mole work. You don't need anything but some damage spells to make Judith busted. The aristocrats potential is just icing. I think you're just more hyped on making some silly Fog strat work.

If you cast chain of smog in Judith with a sac outlet, you can go infinite.

They really missed out by not having Sophia have power 2 instead of power 3. Delaney synergy would’ve been incredibly fitting

Krenko is way stronger than C tier. The bare minimum is treasures = 2/2 haste goblins, with a LOT of potential for shenanigans. Only real point against him is being mono color.

So I don't mean any hate or disrespect, but I do struggle a bit with this video. When you're reading the card text, you're saying all the words super fast and it can be a bit hard to understand what you're saying and it all gets a bit muddled. I would recommend slowing down your speech when reading the card text so we can actually hear what the card says before you jump into your analysis. I found that with every card, I would need to pause the video and read it myself to even know what it says and then resume the video, which can be difficult as I usually watch your vids while I'm multitasking with something else.
