Eriette deckbuilding is fun as heck. You have too many ways to build it. From cheap utility auras, to goaded, big auras, curses, etc. Also, getting the chance to discover a lot of cool and old auras is an amazing experience! Im in love with this deck ive build!

I think you undervalued Greta - At face value, she seems to need a lot to work with, but considering the strength of sacrifice as a mechanic, and the sheer disgusting amount of food support in the past 2 sets, I think she's going to end up being terrifying. Might even build her myself, now. But Hylda is A-tier, 100%. I proxied out a deck for her as soon as she was spoiled; she's already enemy #1 in my playgroup, and I don't even own the card yet, lol. Excellent video as always, and showed a few things I hadn't considered with some of these. Much appreciated!

Most of the Uncommon Legends seem to be designed to go in the 99 of the Rare & Mythic Legends - e.g: Sharae of Numbing Depths is obviously meant to go with Hylda of the Icy Crown.

Isn’t this normally the case? I always hear people call them flagship cards or something that is supposed to give you the general of idea of that guilds mechanic in the set. I’m new though so maybe this is a newer thing.

Im building will, i had the same thoughts, rowan is def way better but i already have prosper, sauron, and isshin, and i have zero azorius color commanders, so i built will, life gain is on its surface way better than paying life, you get access to freed from the real and pemmins aura in blue, and all the X draw spells, seems way more fun than just pay a ton of life exsanguinate

Totentanz isn't great, but he DOES open rat tribal into red, which opens up to a lot of fun effects and let's me slot in all those delicious r/b rats in. Also, Shared Animosity in a rat deck? Impact Tremors and Raid Bombardment in a RAT DECK?!! Gimme!

I liked that you rated the precon commanders fairly, a lot of creators tend to pretend that these are pretty awesome just because they are in a commander product. The reality is that while both decks are charming, they are also very medium. Set looks sweet regardless with all the enchanted tales.

Obrya has been very fun as a fairy tribal now. I find you hit for a lot of comabt damage and the drain helps steadily throughout the game

Tegwyll being in B tier is honestly a fair point, the deck does need a few more cards to genuinely become a powerhouse but if this is anything to go by, they're on a decent track.

Rowan seems interesting for sure. But the way you're gonna be able to play him (if at all) will be to activate him asap, and respond to his ability with something that loses you life. Pain lands, ad naus etc. You're not gonna resolve a pita, activate him, and have a heavily discounted half deck in your hand. Realistically you're probably not even gonna untap with Rowan on the field still.

I actually have a Greta deck that puts in work. Lots of food tribal, interesting interactions with tokens and life gain. She can get super nasty and has proven to in our tables!

I didn't think much of Agatha at first, until I realized certain comboes, with the first one being Soul of New Phyrexia. Make all of your permanents indestructible for free every turn.

It wouldn't be free, it can't reduce the cost to less than 1 mana. I don't think it's every turn either.

@@brandoncreek5709 You are correct, it would be a minimum of 1 mana. But it could be done every turn, since there is no restriction on certain activated abilities, like SoNP

The Goose Mother I believe should have been at least a B+, or A-. The core of her deck is what makes her fairly strong with cards like Primal Vigor, Night of the Sweets' Revenge, The Ozolith, and we can't forget Academy Manufactor. There is so much untapped potential with her. She's going to be my favorite build of the set.

I've been playtesting Ginger for a week now. With treasures and clues, it's really easy to make her extremely big and kill people fast. She's definitely B tier

Slightly saddened Ash is ranked so low but I’ll make sure that she’s one of my strongest decks by using Ragavan and indestructible applications :)

Been playing a lot of elivere lately. She is pretty busted. The amount of card advantage combined with the cheap and effective auras that exist in those colors. Add in a bright-paws and throw some hate-bears in to hold auras and honestly she's pretty hard to play against. I threw like $50 of upgrades into the precon and she rolls the table on turn 5-6 sometimes. It's a very aggressive deck.

What if I told you, now you are able to run rhystic study in the command zone? Talion is pretty much the same effect, picking 2 will more than likely get you a lot of cards from your opponents playing their spells! Definitely nothing to look to low on...can be easily S-tier with the card advantage you will gain

Isn't food a artifact type, not a creature type, so shouldn't Maskwood Nexus be a nombo? Kinda the same logic for shrines IIRC

I think the uncommon are made for casual commander, where you can only chose uncommon or common legendary creature

Kellan is S-tier. There are already CEDH lists around him. Being able to get Skullclamp with your Commander is too powerful to ignore.
