It's worthwhile putting a tap in a battery drill and using that when you tap holes in aluminium. As long as you have enough torque left over you can use the technique on steel and other hard materials as well. It will save time. Practice a few holes to get the positive pressure technique required and you will find the tap advances itself at only the correct rate. Use lubrication. It has worked for me and for countless others it will work for you I hope. I probably just taught you to suck egg's, apologies if I did.

if you have a Knurling tool use that on Diameters you have that are undersize then just recut or file down to a size that provides and kind of fit you want for your bearing

Great Video, but please do not wear gloves while Drilling i have several kolleagues who have lost one or more Fingers because of that

your under sized shaft fix is to put a knurl on it then press the bearing on it cheers from down under

Um, FYI I believe paragliders use two-stroke motors and need high specific HP.

Nice work! Cant wait to see how much signal filtering that needs. I built a load cell dyno with AC motor and inverter. It works well, but its so complicated that im planning to build a basic inertia dyno for normal use LOL :D

In one of your first Videos on this project you said you would use a 10 mm plug an a toroidal combustion chamber, just curios to know why plans have changed. Ugh. F()@#ing USPS. I ordered lift nuts for my 70-80's Bosch screw lift from a german company and they lost them in thier"sorting center" and proceeded to blame DHL even though I got the "accepted by USPS from customs" online update. It took 4 months total to finally get my parts. They are complete clowns.

Cool little Aprillia (Uh-pree-yuh) I hate it when people pronounce it Uh-prill-ee-yuh. It's like "listen to the Italians say it, that's not how it's pronounced!" lol.. Not saying anything about you but people world round on RU-vid pronounce it wrong. I'd love to get a RSV4 and make it into a "sit up and beg" position like the brits say. Have that amazing engine and suspension but a long flat seat and upright position and tall bars with mid mount pegs so it'd actually be comfortable to ride. Make sure you lube your dyno bearings before you try running that thing, I suggest graphite powder. While it won't do anything for cooling it's extremely low friction and won't attract dust.

is that a rs 125? its the new 122rotax 28mm carb stock is arround 24.25hp on the wheel. aim on the old rotax 123. we dide a porting job to the 123rotax case so the case hase a boostport. a polini 154cc kit, standart is arround 180° ex thats way to low reais the port to 195^° . makt the ex valve fit. and some porting/ portmaching and a 39mm dellorto from a ktm exc250. the pipe was back in 2002 a pipe from polini. and we dide 39.8hp on the wheel! with stock ignition and only with portmachig and a raist ex port to 195 and a 39mm carb
