Hey, Not all of them need permits. If we need to set up the tent in a public space, that's usually when a permit is required. We're not obliged to process the permit for customers, we just provide the requirements.
Thank you guys for the amazing videos. I am about to start a party rental business in the Houston area. Please, where would you recommend buying a tent
It depends on whether there is a demand for fan back chairs in your area that would make them outperform regular chairs. If not, you can start with regular chairs as they are lower in price and you would get your money back faster. Some people do not like the fan backs, so the answer depends on what your customers want. You can run a test to find out, run a free ad for chairs for rent, and have both options to see which they want more.
Great video. A couple thoughts? 1. Are these yearly figures or life time? If it’s life time, each item has a different life span. It makes a big difference. 2. I would suggest using a multiplier for the returns. Like 10x or 6x. A percentage return in the thousands sounds weird. 3. I don’t know if you have a BJs in Texas, but they have the 48in fold in half tables.
