Just used this as I had high blood pressure today and lots of stress. I have gone from 149/90 BP to 135/39 BP after 15 mins of Tension Release Exercises followed by this breathwork - good result, great resource. Thanks.
This is the second aria breath I've tried this week and I rather like it...puts you into a meditative state! I practice Mike's four rounds of nose breathing every morning too which sets me up for the day ahead...thanks for keeping us updated Mike...much appreciated.
So far I've always used music along with my breathing exercices but with visual guidance on the screen. Being guided through the music itself is somewhat different in a positiv way, maybe less distracting by visual input. Thanks!
This is definitely energy boosting meditation! I was so sluggish this afternoon, thought will not be able to get up. But after this breathing time feeling refreshed and less tense. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! I loved the tune too ❤❤❤
I've been playing with something similar to this for sometime now ie., adding a syncopated mantra while breathing, playing Theta Binaural Beats during the breathing session, doing all or some of this during alternate nostril breathing or during WHM. There seems to be many options to experiment with but you've take'n this this to a whole different level. Thank you 🙏 Thank you 🙏.
