Why are these people so ignorant of the law and yet they are so aggressive about their ignorance? There are supermarkets and shops that now use cameras to try to “face recognise” people. The police use similar technology on the streets. Yet many of the same people working for organisations that do this insist we cannot, we must not, we shall not! It really is so dumb. UK law and rights should be a school curriculum subject - having said that many of these types would still not understand would they.
Because CCTV cameras are there for your or others protection, yet people like this RU-vidr filming shit like this and annoying people, are just chasing views. Voke people can't comprehend these things, it's understandable.
"UK law and rights should be a school curriculum subject " ABSOLUTELY. They don't want you to know your rights, so you'll tolerate the police violating them....constantly.
0:22 show me in the law …… Criminal Justice act 1925, section 41 … it is an offence to take photographs or images in a court building or any of its precincts. There …. Done.
@@luvfunkyhouse he was in the court precinct - which makes it illegal. (c)a photograph, portrait or sketch shall be deemed to be a photograph, portrait or sketch taken or made in court if it is taken or made in the court-room or in the building or in the precincts of the building in which the court is held, or if it is a photograph, portrait or sketch taken or made of the person while he is entering or leaving the court-room or any such building or precincts as aforesaid.
Precinct.. . Within the walls or perceived boundaries. Again,He was outside . Perfectly legal. Thats why reporters film from outside court buildings doing their news reports. Perfectly legal
@@luvfunkyhouse he was within the boundaries of the land owned by the court. Reporters are always given an area they are allowed to film from. He wasn’t in that area obviously.
The act that talks about photography in courts. You're a bright one. You even directed me to it so I can demonstrate you have a reading deficiency. Thank you very much. Have a good day. Stay away from commenting. As for you other brain boxes, it is in reference to judges, jurors, and witnesses set out in paragraph (a).
Why film a building any way? To get a reaction?..yeh. Problem is, its like cry wolf....therell be, and has been attacks on these buildings...police and courts and such like....and because of this nonsence...perhaps an undesirable not get challenged, and unfortunately something untoward occur!....
Auditing the auditor - This video needs to be used as a training video on how not to deal with attention seeking auditors. - Court staff should be told never to engage with auditors who stand outside buildings and film the people inside, like peeping toms. Their only objective is to initiate a confrontation, for the purpose of cringe video content and attempt to embarrass / mock / insult the subject / s of the video. - Staff should also be informed that auditors have no shame, self respect or dignity and will stop at nothing to cause drama; more drama = more views = more ad revenue + ego boost. Verdict; great training material for a wide range of industries, where employees have to deal with creepy strangers filming them at their place of work.
If he's standing in a public road he can film any building , it's not a dictatorship or in Martial law. all Public building are fine to be photographed or filmed.
I feel like people are siding with the wrong guy in the comments. It's not the law that you need to care about, but having some dignity in yourself, which these RU-vidrs forget on the daily basis. Why would you go at the Court and film there? Today's people with their cameras don't know the boundaries. Filming shit for their content... Go film nature, might get you more views than being an annoying brat.
@@jeffsimon9594 missing the whole thing in here, but keep on being a jerk and laugh at people being annoyed by idiots, sadly those people eventually hits the wrong person and ends up dead or badly injured.
Haven't you got anything better to do than film this guy who you know can't do anything go and film some Youths on the street and see what they do to you who's the little man now.
@jezcon9467. You miss the point: they do this to illustrate how our daily freedoms are gradually being eroded by these petty, bullying tyrants. Yes, the wind-up merchants occasionally go too far but on the whole I think what they are doing, particularly in regard to the police, is necessary. The police no longer serve the public despite the oath. They have become corporate cops.
I think it’s more about private property. Not so much about if you’re in or out. Technically you wouldn’t be able to film me if you’re on my driveway as that’s still private property, a step back onto the road and you’re gold.
Why does this bloke filming people seem intent on deliberately winding them up. He does the same with the Police and wasting their time. RU-vid does NOT need nerds like him.
