👩🏻‍⚕️ I thank all the doctors, nurses and medical staff out there, who take care of us in or most vulnerable days. 🩺🏥
Today's video will be very personal. It's been a year from when I was admitted in the hospital for serious liver damage. I am so so happy and grateful I'm able to be here talking about it with you. These moments are left as a bad memory that left me a lot of learnings. Please value you HEALTH! It's the most important thing we have.

Wow! I am so thankful that you are in better health now! I just discovered your channel and I appreciate your videos. I completely understand what you have been thru as I have had a past medical issues. My mantra I live by is life is not guaranteed but death is. Be thankful for everything you have. Yeah, it was i still remember those days which really turned out to be not good for certain reason. In person i felt really bad about it couldn't be there with you at the most difficult times. As i always said time flies in it and sorrows will fade , which is gonna be a bitter sweet moment and now it is. Am sure an year later now you are 100% healthier, happier, beautiful, sweetest person i ever know. You're such a wonderfull personality trying to inspire millions by just being optimistic and blessed with beautiful voice and energy. Bless you quierda long live!!

So happy you're safe and caught this in time. We all need to worry about your stomach/health problems. I just recently needed emergency surgery to remove gallbladder!!! These things are becoming so common 🥲💕
