Not gonna lie, I've been struggling in Fifa lately and this has completely turned the game around for me. I always knew it existed, I just didn't think it was worthwhile, but it's stupid how this is so effective at completely changing how your team plays.

I love how EA change major components of their gameplay every year with controls and never make it clear to the majority of players

The dribbling with the left stick only is an illusion. You cannot beat contain with just the left stick. You will lose possession instantly.

i used to be good at left stick dribbling (without right stick skills), rarely pass the ball, even using defenders like messi. Until fifa 19 hits

Was this tip useful? O yes! What an eye opener to me. Sad that these things can't be found in the control guide in game. Either you sprint, or you cover the ball with the buttons. Combining them in ball possession is a new thing to me at least. Thanks!

I feel that EA needs to remove a lot of the animations they've incorporated in the game; strip away the slow registering moves and make a more generalized game where the movements are constantly fluid and responsive, and the responsiveness needs to be higher when it comes to online gaming.

I used this a lot back in 18 and it was just 1 button to press, now I hate it that they changed it to two button pressed. Why making it harder when they can't even make their servers better ??? Button presses have a chance to not being registered now when you have delay…….

What's the L2 & R2? I've seen several videos on RU-vid saying use L1, R1, L2, R2 for different offensive/defensive plays but not everyone uses the same control configuration, as an example, a friend uses triangle to shoot while I use square, I use L2 to sprint, he uses R2, etc. (yeah, we are weird like that haha)

Every fifa this is effective , specially the ones like to play pressure , using this technique , you can beat them

Is it me or nobody really plays with manual controls? As far ias Ive seen all videos seem to go full assisted. Would like some advice as well since I enjoy more the feeling of being succesfull with semi or manual, albeit im still getting used to it. I always played that way on older FIFAs but now ive lost so much practice :/

When should you use this instead of strafe dribbling? It seems like you're able to explode out of strafe dribbling faster than precision dribbling.

I issue in fifa20 is defending, I use legacy control and when I'm playing against cpu in legendary mode I can't tackle or win the ball

I use custom buttons: R1 for sprint instead of R2.. my question is: when I do a skill movement like the slow dribbling or any other skill move and it is required to use the R2, in this case I use the r2 as it is the default in the skill move or I use the R1 since I switched it with the R2?? 9:32 is why players should adapt using manual passes. If you perfect your manual passing, there's another open player, further than Figo, there. AI never sends proper passes in those situations.

Button delay?ask to shoot away.. ) both felt down easy goal from the opponent .. trough ball for near 100 pace players?no problem .. a 68 pace defender can run on him after fucking their asses ... ask for a 3 bar shoot .. a pass for the keeper .. this game is trash..i played fifa since 2011...the last one playable was 16..( best 12/13 very funny...the manual trough ball was fantastic..you can put players one on one with keepers .. now you have to make the clown over opponents .. the problem is that when your berba spin became another move for some reasons or a feint pass a real one is quite difficult .. but when it happen no problem your pace will be decreased and you will lose the ball .. wanna know why in seasons have less ( less...not 0..some matches same bullshit ) problems and in rivals with a god team i play like a shit...ea fuck you..next year pes after years of fifa .
