Craig this was inspiring to me. Having learned you struggle with depression from an interview tied to the Euthanasia record? Watching you wrestle this situation after taking a bet to invest in yourself? I myself struggle with severe anxiety, depression, and the anxiety triggers chronic migraine. And, I’ve been working my ass off on my own thing (not podcasts nor music). Fortunately, I’ve documented it all as some truly unthinkable, insane, awful shit has befallen Bryce & I. In my head, you & Stray are behemoths. Seeing you fight through this moves me, and invests me deeply. PLEASE feel free to speak about any of the bullshit you’ve had to fight through in life because this video is now saved in my •iPhone notes and •3 different playlists on my RU-vid. Bryce & I have developed a working theory I’d care to pass on: that saying about “Murphy’s Law?” Well, Bryce & I have anthropomorphised the idea of Murphy. And, he’s heinous, but we’ve started to think of him as a gatekeeper. With that? Those who are truly onto something are the people he fucks with the hardest to see if they’re worthy of the badge. Three years ago it clicked, and we said, in the midst of DARK tidings, “… You know what? There had must be some PRETTY good shit on the other side of this, at our intended destination. Better than we can imagine, I bet you.” Every time we’ve thought that way? We’ve been proven correct. And, I’d say I’m grateful, but I’m not grateful for the heart attack, and Murphy can fuck right off, you know. Watching this play by play, and your decision making in spite of the anguish was fucking amazing man. Truly. Again, if you’d ever care to talk about other death defying things you’ve had to wrestle with and BECAUSE you give a shit about quality (from the content to the image)? This was such an incredible piece of storytelling, let alone just a great video slice of behind the scenes of how you make all this shit happen. I laughed so hard at the "we got him" followed by the dancing in the car, and the little post-credits bit, holy shit. Sidenote, it is mindblowing to me that "airline lost my bag" is such a common human experience when it is literally their entire business model to get people and their belongings from point A to point B, at the same time.

I don't know if this helps but there is a chain of stores here in the US called Harbor Freight and you can get pelican case clones for like $80. We use them all the time as travelling aircraft mechanics for our gear. Hell, I have a brand new one I would send you.
