I agree with you on that. I want to have a house built for me and my son’s one day and I want it to be handicapped accessible due to my health condition and mental issues within my children. Having everything energy efficient, sound proof, fumes proof and fuzzy bedding etc bcuz I have really bad allergies and sensory processing disorder. Everything to me is overly sensitive and extremely loud. I even smell things that’s not even there. When it comes to smoke because of my sensitivity I can smell it from blocks away and hear gunshots from the other side of town. It’s almost like I need to be in a box inside of my home so I wanna make sure I prepare for any other challenges in the future ❤
