boyle is such an underrated character. Although many people underestimate and make fun of him, all his hunches were correct. I NEED a complilation of all his solves :)
@@BlackSkullArmor No such thing as trained police officers. Bunch of thugs that get a short course which covers the wrong things and who get to live out their dreams of violence and oppression. Well, that's 10% of them, then you have 90% accomplices who cover for the crimes of the 10%.
The exchange between Dillman and Peralta (17:27~19:19) was **AWESOME!!!** 👏💥💥💥👏 The back-and-forth was fast & furious, culminating with Dillman getting busted by his mgr. from the store on FaceTime!!! 🤣
I've always wanted a Police Academy crossover with Steve Guttenberg, how cool it would be if Peralta went to that academy. Guttenberg could be in charge of the academy agewise.

There are even more detectivey-crime-solves where the audience really does follow along the string of clues and development with the staff instead of some offset events or reasoning.
Many of these just kind of reveal the truth after one big event or incorrect lead. So there's no follow-up investigating. Only suspense and action/rushing to catch the bad guy.

Intentionally waffling to stall just long enough for flawless elevator timing? Between this and the surprisingly dark jokes (this show looks so cheery), I should give this show another shot. I had initially dismissed it a few years back.
For Boyle’s hunch with the artist I immediately figured out it was his assistant, like nobody who doesn’t care about someone is mad that their ex’s stuff is still around.
