In this video, we take you on an epic adventure to the Varzane Desert near Isfahan, Iran, where we cook a mouthwatering beef steak with fresh vegetables and salad 🥗. You won’t believe the stunning views and challenges we faced along the way!
We started our journey at night, hoping to catch the sunrise over the sand dunes. It was a freezing cold and exhausting climb, but the reward was worth it. We found a pristine spot to set up our camp and prepare our food. 🏕️
However, cooking in the desert was not easy. We had to deal with the wind blowing sand into our food and equipment. We also had to be careful not to attract any unwanted visitors, such as snakes or scorpions. 🐍🦂
But we didn’t let that stop us from enjoying our delicious meal. We used the following ingredients to make our beef steak:
• Beef
• Onions
• Parsley
• Vinegar
• Sesame oil
• Mushrooms
• Bell pepper
• Tomatoes
• Turmeric
• Paprika
• Salt
• Pita bread
• Lemons
And for the salad, we used:
• Lettuce
• Cabbage
• Pomegranate
• Mayonnaise
• Cider vinegar
• Heracleum persicum
• Thyme
• Black pepper
• Salt
The result was a succulent and tender steak with a crispy crust, served with a refreshing and tangy salad. It was one of the best meals we ever had, especially in such a beautiful and remote location. 😋
