The sickest thing that I’ve done with Videl recently, specifically against s broly is round start ex kick while he’s throwing his orb. The first hit hits the armor and then the medium follow up flips around and knees him in the back while he throws the orb. Most satisfying thing ever

A tip for you Doto! When playing Videl if you're in the combo and you get the wall bounce off the knee combo hit S and superdash and you can continue the combo like normal to get sliding. Also with the medium command grab in the corner you hold down m to convert off of it Edit: and yes off of the ex command grab you can super dash or super jump hit them twice then superdash to continue the combo!

Some quick Videl stuff that I used to do before I stopped playing. EX Grab: you can hold heavy to not have gohan come out and it'll wall bounce them in the corner allowing for extensions. Otherwise, you can just superdash after gohan's hit to continue combo. qcf: combo into assist is common but doing the final knee uppercut can mess up your timing if you haven't practiced so stopping after the multi-punch part is easier.

Also for great saiyaman ex throw you can super jump and keep same side mid screen and still super dash off a 2h and in the corner holding the button will keep corner and you can do more grounded damage. Also doing the special tag thing always keeps same side

combo i do off videl ex grab in the corner is you hold the button down so saiyaman doesn't come out and then 6h > 236m~l~l~l > assist > jmlls > j236m~l~l~l which gets you skd. midscreen you just superdash to continue and do basic videl air combo ender. as a videl main i'm really loving the videl buffs!!! before the patch it was so easy to get bullied into block pressure because they knew your only options were dodging which was super unreliable, or dp'in/counter supering which is really easy to mess up especially online. the dodge with dp follow up isn't perfect. if they react to the dodge you can get so messed up if they block the dp, but i've found switching between the two is really potent as they don't know if they have to keep pressuring or block to punish a successful dodge and there's only one right answer. i'm really happy with videl's place at the moment, but i still hate her assists lol

Yo, Videl's grabs vary depending if you hold the version button after it hits. So if you het a heavy version at hold the button in the corner the enemy will bounce on it and continuing the combo should be easier. I don't remember the others versions tho. So glad that Videl's trickster fun is catching up a lot more this season

That first guy was definitely the protagonist, that man was moving ( I was most definitely rooting for him).

Not sure if you’ll see this Doto but if you hold down the command grab, she’ll throw the opponent and that way you could continue the combo. This works for both the medium and ex version of the command grab ion really know about the light. Hope this is useful for others too.

Another buff to the Saiyaman counter is that you can DHC after the pose now so you could've killed Broly in that 4th game right after the pose by swapping into Krillin or Yamcha

After landing a successful hit with Videl’s heavy Frankensteiner (more commonly referred to as her command grab), it is possible to Superdash to get a combo extension. And for additional information, after using Videl’s light Videl Rush in the corner, if I recall correctly, you can also Superdash to extend the combo. I hope that this valuable information regarding the character Videl has been of assistance.

Doto for Videl you can do 5m(2)-2m-5h-rekka special (every hit but the final dp) and then assist call to extend off it
