As a long range sniper, I LOVED to use the spotter scope back in WZ2. It had no sniper glint and allowed you to see and ping targets from any distance.
The problem with the attachements is that they are there to give the illusion of choice but you end up going with the meta. Since wz1 it was always the same muzzle underbarrel and optic
Did he unnironically say DDOS had short range? Bro, people already proven how that thing has near infinite horizontal range in MP and insane range in WZ too.
I like the tactical camera. I think it's useful in a final zone and it's also a good flank watch to always check your back. Some reasons I like the cam more is because you can keep going on it, and the drone you can only go on once ( i might be wrong ). And also it's quieter and more sleak and almost never gets found for me.
The tactical camera is really only useful in s&d you get it every round and you can set it up next to the bomb site when defending and then you can be by the other bomb guarding or when attacking placing the bomb and putting the camera to watch when it’s armed
I feel that combat scout is pretty useful cause if you have it you dont have to tell your teammates where the enimes are. And its definitely leagues better then ghost and birds eye
Basically let's imagine that you have a decent player who uses UAVs. That player activates a UAV. Now they see the whole map, and know where to go and where not to go. Bc you have ghost, they have no where idea you are, and you can easily surprise them.
At least DDos is better in multiplayer. Because some kids can't move on and keep camping until the game ends. It helps remove the annoying trophy rather than shutting it down.
Tac Camera is actually pretty good in Warzone, greatly helped me, still helps me when I’m trying to find people nearby and whenever doing Most Wanted contracts. I’m using both the recon drone and tac camera when trying to spot people nearby.
The excess attachments can be easily solved. Like for optics put them in groups like 'Red dots' and '3× zoom' and let people chose between the appearence and reticles for them
Just wanted to say that your channel is amazing! Warzone history and this kind of videos is what we are gonna watch 10 years from now remembering the good old days
Same with Guardian, helps me with Most Wanted contracts. I do agree with your point on Comms Vest/Birdseye though, should tell us elevation of opponents regardless.
Would it be sacrilegious to put almost all melee weapons here? Because what's the point of having that equipped when you can just shoot the sucker in front of you? They're just pointless. I say almost all because the riot shield exists.
@@Ikcatcher You're right. I was the one attacking with kodachis. The reason I bring this question up is because I constantly die to guns because I'm incapable of closing the distance, and I can count the ammount of times I died to melee on one hand.
Theres a lot of Items and attachments that are useless for resurgence or BR but are very useful for DMZ thats what MW2 did right, a mode where the gameolay cam really be more tactical
tac cameras are smaller than recon drones, and they don't make as much noise. they're harder to spot so it can be helpful to keep guard of a specific area
Combat scout is not useless, it can help see ppl through smoke after registering a little damage, it can identify if an enemy running away from you is going to rechall or not, it comes very handy
remember WZ1 snapshot grandes? those were pretty gud Snapshots now... idk I feel like they don't even do anything. If I throw both the snapshot from WZ1 and the one in WZ2 in the same spot, the WZ1 snapshot would mark something
Cameras are VERY good. If you dont know you can pair them with a c4 and it will auto deotnate when someone walks near it. Spotter Scopes are meta in DMZ although most people run stuns or Stims Throwing starts are a faster throwing knife obv it doesn't 1 shot down but it does 1 shot finish like a throwing knife DDOS destroys enemy munition box, armor box, utility box, Trophy system and disables Claymores, scatter mines, and Prox Mines for 28 seconds
actually the TA-HULL muzzle is quite fun to use (the muzzle which increases melee damage). using it on a max speed build actually has faster movement and faster ttk than most melee weapons.
the throwing star is the same as the throwing knife as of 7/6/24, i’ve personally used it today, the good thing is that you get 5 by default, the only reason you’d use a star or knife is to instantly finish your kill which the star does with just one throw and you get way more than the knife
MW19 gunsmith was the best. There were way fewer attachments but each of them served for a specific role. Since mw2 there are tons of attachments which serve the same purpose.
the tactical camera isn’t terrible and you can actually set up c4 in the same room as the camera and detonate it when inside the tactical camera menu, something that you can’t do with a recon drone
Tbh the comm vest shouldn’t be hated but the advanced uav should. It’s much harder trying to find an advanced uav than a comm vest and a normal uav for six grand. Edit: there’s also an easter egg to get a 4 vests for your squad, each being a different vest. Basically it’s a free comm vest paired with the other 3 in the game.
The ddos is meta to take like 6 less minutes fighting the sniper in koshkei complex due to being able to disable all the traps and just dump the sniper with bullets
you can plant c4 and blow it using the camera like a trap loved doing it on dmz its a feature just plant c4 near the camera and it should give you the option to blow it
The tactical camera allows you ro detonate your c4 as well so you can time it, put c4 downstairs and have the camera aiming at the door and boom blew them
Actually combat scout isnt as useless as you said because you cant just ping enemys trough smokes anymore but combat scout pings tough. So for mouse and key players its still a great Option because u can just shoot controller players trough smokes while they have no aim assist
The new verion of Combat scout is actually really good in the right hands. @Bluewz is a good example. The under barrel attachments in wz1 was a good option with Flash Grenades. The Tactical camera is good for camping. (If that's your thing) The Comms Vest counters Ghost. Fuck the Guardian.
Under barrel drill charge launcher is not useless imo, I have used this thing a lot fired it hundreds of times and only got a handful of direct kills with it . This may sound useless but the indirect of what this does is why it’s good, yes I don’t pick up kills with it but it makes it easy for my teammates to attacked a damaged panicked enemy. I have used this to make many squads in a bad position into a worse position which when it’s final five that can be the difference that helps you pull out a win. I injure and crack enemies that then have to keep hugging the gas or having to make an unwanted gas play to then pick them off as they try to come back into circle
Honestly the gunsmith system scares new players, Warzone is a hard game to get into in the middle of a cods game lifecycle feels like they want to cater to new players but at the same time they alienate them in the middle of set games lifecycle and make players constantly grind a gun just for it to get nerf tomorrow is annoying, personally I REALLY like Warzone well resurgence but the way it scares new players really sucks we need something that isn’t the gunsmith or atleast a no Loadout mode
You're actually wrong about combat scout pinging enemies exactly when you shoot them makes it easier to wall bang enemies and even better still hit enemies that are using smoke grenades since smoke grenades have been meta since warzone 2 launched
