while i do agree that reformation is crazy expensive, i think its good to invest in their basics. basics are usually worn the most, and its nice to spend a little extra on something you know you'll wear a lot and won't fall apart.

My gray Calvin Klein sweatshirt!! Got it about 4 years ago and I wear it multiple times a week once the weather gets cold each year. It seemed expensive at the time but it's been so worth it for how much wear I've gotten.

Definitely my AF1s! I wear them all the time in all seasons. Clothes wise, nothing because its hard to find good, stable pieces that you will wear all the time when youre petite lol .

My most worn item of clothing would have to be a pair of white Windsor smith shoes!! I have had them since 2016 and one of them is breaking in the ankle but i can't stop myself from wearing them they are a piece of me 🖤 Also two videos this week I am so excited!! xox

Holy crap I’m pretty sure I have that EXACT same denim jacket, I got it from some random boutique in Southern California where every piece was $16! I even have pins on the pockets just like that lol. That random cheap jacket has been in my closet for 3 years now and still going strong!

i have a thrifted eddie bauer jean jacket at least 5 times a week, that is such a staple in my closet because it goes with almost everything. also a pair of black ripped jeans from target that i've had for almost 5 years. a pair of dr marten boots that have gone thru hell and back with me and still look and feel amazing. honestly, anything that i have that has lasted me a long time, i love to wear way too often. (my edit in this was that i accidentally typed steve madden when you said steve madden shoes wear away so easily. i 100% agree, i had a pair that didn't even last a full winter that i replaced with my dr martens and it was the best decision i've ever made)

BDG jeans are really great fit and quality but less expensive than Levi’s! I get so much wear out of mine. And bc I live in the Midwest - north face parka is a great investment!

my most worn have always been my doc martens! i wore them about 5-6 days a week for 8 years and finally had to retire them this year. I'd already had them patched twice and finally wore through the sides of both boots and the soles. I repurchased because I just can't function without them, so while they definitely didn't last "a lifetime", I do think they are absolutely worth the investment

Most worn items: 1. Grey long sweater from Lord & Taylor. Worn it hundreds of times and even remember sleeping in it when it was about -10 degrees lmao. 2. Yellow and light pink wide leg pants from Zara (one of them was second hand). Love love love them! 3. Chelsea boots from Sacha. Really need to clean them, they look horrible atm lmao.

I LOVE this video (like all of your videos) but I am very sad because I have to update almost all of my wardrobe because I lost about 50 lbs (size 10 - 4) in total. All of my clothes are oversized (but no longer in a cute "boyfriend fit" way) and I feel like nothing looks flattering anymore. I'm on a tight budget and I already love thrifting, but if you have any tips for building a new wardrobe I am all ears!! I feel like I have more options on what to wear, but I don't know where to start. I will definitely use this video to build some basics. Thank you for making so many educational videos on fashion - the usability of my wardrobe has definitely increased since watching your channel :)

My Dr. Martens and Air Forces 1! I have 3 pairs of Docs, a black and a white pair of AF too. I love them all so much!! I also have a pair of Levi's for almost 9 years since I was in middle school , it's my lucky pair of jeans but it's falling apart so I need to replace it :"(

I don't know is it just me, but my docs looked nice for about 3 years and now they look so beat up and creased (in a bad way).. I am very clumsy and careless when it comes to shoes so that maybe why but still 😪

Vegan leather is still plastic ! It falls appart faster than leather, but realistically leather is still bad so I don't know which one is the better solution :(

I would recommend second hand leather boots. They will last longer and you are not contributing to the fashion industry directly :)

@@medee6816 I don't know where you live, but you could try the app Vinted as well. They have a lot of secondhand Dr Martens. Its mainly French and Spanish people that use the app tho😅
