So cool. I wish my doctor had been as open minded about my running, since I think it would have been nice not to lose my happy, me-time during pregnancy. I think being outside, moving, refreshed means so much to a mom's wellbeing. Great video!

You and your husband are an inspiration and an affirmation that doing what you love, believing in your heart, and staying authentic creates an exquisite life. My wife and I are trying and hope to have children as well. Living simply and staying authentic to how we were made is always our goal in life...thank you so much for the glimpse into how you're making that work in yours.

Lovely video. Women should not be ashamed of their pregnancy in any way. You're obviously not going to get faster while you're pregnant, but women should feel free to run as they feel is appropriate after consulting with their doctor. And the rest of us can just shut up. Only 100 years ago, women worked on farms until the day they had the baby, and went back to working about one day after. For women who are as physically active as this women, or our ancestors, it just isn't a problem. Kudos to them.
