Watching the video, noticing that the video is shorter than the album version, listening to the post/pre song banter on spotify or whatever then coming back to watch the video is the best way to listen and watch the jordan lake sessions.

i remember first listening to the sunset tree and being surprised that he had lived through the watergate hearings. his voice is still very similar to how he sounded in the 90s

Somebody help me out... with the blood capsules... he's maybe gonna rob the bank? His last and best idea, the lobby, the line, the fear, etc... I can't for the life of me sort out having a mouthful of blood capsules. Apologies for my stupidity and inability to sort metaphors and stuff, but WHAT IS HE DOING? T_T

Asked this in a disc once and the answer I got was "he's gonna bleed all over the bank teller and he'll be so impressed, that he'll loan him 1 million dollars", so I'll take that as gospel Jokes aside, the first response is probably true. It's a desperate attempt at making money, with flimsily connected ideas, that, as the protagonist realises, make no sense.
