That scream right before the outro on See America Right was FUCKING INSANE and a perfect cherry on top of what is possibly a near-perfect concert. John was absolutely POSSESSED this whole time (and Jon and Peter were absolutely killing it too, especially on Tetrapod and Palmcorder) and I was absolutely living for this unhinged set. Best concert I didn’t have the privilege of attending live, hands down

"This next song is really old." *crowd goes "YEAH"* "You say 'Yeah', but there were a lot of old songs that were bad." "GOLDEN BOY!" "No, not that one."
“Think of all the good you could do with millions of dollars!…I think in more of terms of, you know, you could make a big sort of Wonderland for farm animals…that they could run freely upon. And also you could have a ferris wheel”
Is it pretty typical at a mountain goats show that the crowd stays quiet, rather than all singing super loud and out of key? I've been listening to them for more than half of my life, and I've never made it to see them unfortunately.
