Plus t&j have a window where you can rush them and they take a lot more time to set up then bugs also bugs has way better normals. I have spent a ton of time on both characters and both are strong but bugs is still way better even with the nerf

Finally! T&J also take forever to kill the enemy with such little knock back. I have to get my opponent to 115+ in order to kill from down or up air attack.

I agree. Every character can be very good it just depends if the person playing them knows how to use them. Some are more annoying than others tho for sure

Fr there are def meta picks like bugs t&j or ww but I think you can do just as well with a non meta character you just gotta be the better player the proof is on leaderboards rn a Taz in top ten is pretty impressive especially in 2v2

Just because you can win with any character does not mean there aren't characters vastly stronger than rest. Why the fuck do you think Bugs Bunny received nerfs? It's not like the match ups are unplayable but there are characters who are objectively better than other characters. All that means though is that you just have to put in a bit more effort than they do in order to win, but you still can win if you are just the better player. The main issue with a character being stronger is that it gives the player piloting it an advantage over someone who is playing a weaker character. This is why nerfs and buffs exist. To put characters closer to each other in terms of power so this advantage is as small as humanly possible. Bugs was way too safe with his abilities which is why they addressed that specifically and reduced his safeness by a little.
