The pulp adventure sub-genre is worth digging into simply for the bi-pandering alone. A handsome lead and a beautiful heroine are requirements, and they will always look fantastic no matter the circumstances. Indiana Jones, with Harrison Ford and his many beauties. The Rocketeer with Jennifer Connelly and Timothy Dalton (not the lead, but...). The Phantom, with Billy Zane and Catherine Zeta-Jones. The Shadow, with Alec Baldwin and Penelope Ann Miller. I've said it before but Brendan Fraser is truly his hottest and funniest in Airheads with him, Adam Sandler and Steve Buscemi (who can also surprisingly get it in that movie) where they play a band trying to get their music heard! And it's so underrated it drives me crazy!!

Love this movie! In the early 90's, Wes Craven, John Landis, John Carpenter, Tobe Hooper, Clive Barker, George Romero, Mick Garris, and Joe Dante were considered for the role of directing the film. Stephen Sommers was picked to direct the project after his last film DEEP RISING bombed at the box office in 1998. Before Brendan Fraser was cast as the hero, Sylvester Stallone, Kurt Russell, Matthew McConaughey, Tom Cruise, Matt Damon Ben Affleck, and Brad Pitt were considered. The film was a box office and critical success making $420 million dollars against a $75 million dollar budget.

I heard once that if you want to see camels in the wild a good place to look is actually Australia apparently they were brought there during colonization released into the wild and now roam the Australian Outback in Wild packs
