I believe the actual final performance of Characters like Miss Piggy, Animal, Fozzie etc were in the Video Games “Muppet Monster Adventure” and “Muppet Racemania” as these shorts were originally made for the odyssey channel in 1999

No Eric Jacobson was already performing Fozzie and Piggy by the time these videos were released on Party Cruise.

I totally agree. If disney just let Whitmire do what he wanted, then he'd still be around and the muppets wouldn't be the shit show that it is nowadays.

Yeah, I say the last thing I liked that the Muppets did in the last decade pretty much was The Muppets 2011 movie and the ABC show that sadly lasted for one season. And also a big role that plays in that is the absences like with Steve, Frank, Jerry etc. I recently thought of a Muppet show where it would be like the original show where it’s the exact same format, and I imagine it’s a Broadway show, basically The Muppet Show on Broadway, it would have the classic songs and skits and even have guest stars. That would be a dream show of mine, I would definitely do it exactly or almost how Jim, Frank and everybody else did it

I'd like to make a little objection. Steve Whitmire was OK as Kermit, but for me, Jim Henson WAS Kermit. HE gave Kermit his more distinctive voice in his own life. I wish he didn't die so young, though.

They were also present in the time life DVDs of the best of the Muppet show.
