I do headcanon that milly has ADHD because 1) my neurodivergent radar does go off when looking at her and her behaviour. 2) she is incredably impulsive as seen with her loud entrance at the start of the episode and when she threw the trophy at the end of ep 11 of music freaks s1. 3) it is implied that she has problems of her own. 4) she is often causing trouble in school, a common issue for kids with ADHD as they tend to be quick to react to emotions, hence her nickname 'the pink hair devil'. 5) in ep.9. Of the music freaks s1, she was incredably hurt with the seemingly betrayal of jake which could imply rejection sensitivity disorder, common in people with ADHD.6) her 'gargoyling' whilst thinking of ideas could be a kind of stimulatory behaviour in which, although typically thought of as an autistic trait, is common with people with ADHD. 7) on the same point as the last, it could be argued that she may be struggling to focus on the idea. Common for people with ADHD.
