Just adore Marcus Lovett as the Phantom, saw him with Sofia Escobar at the end of January: going back again twice in the summer. Not just a lovely voice and a wonderful actor, but also a truly kind and sweet man with lots of time for the fans. Yes, Ramin & Sierra are good together, but they're not the only actors who have done a great job, it seems a shame to only ever hear about their performances. Without more actors, the show would have to end, and we don't want that, surely?
Yes, you do! She's brilliant; I've seen her once and will see her again (barring unforeseen circumstances - fingers crossed!) on Friday! Never seen a better Christine than Anna :)
Yes, Anna is number one for me! Samantha Hill is my second favourite. And since I found out that Celinde Schoenmaker was a soprano, I'm dying to see her play Christine, because that would just be fabulous - wishful thinking, probably XD
after I saw the 25th anniversary with sierra boggess I was gobsmacked and was like how could anyone beat that (bare in mind i came across phantom 25th in december so I didn't know how popular she was) but i saw anna in love never dies and thought she was incredible in Love Never dies. Now that I've seen this I MUST see phantom!! This bootleg (which i hate watching but had to see) was incredible! So jealous you're going!! Have a great time!!

Ashley Clark There is an extra from the cast who plays this role to do the mirror bride movement, so with it being a real person playing the mirror bride, the actress playing must do that movement to give the mannequin effect. Sorry about that big explanation but I was just letting you know.;)
Ok so hot take: obviously the Phantom is the Phantom, he’s a little crazy and hella dangerous and not exactly the ideal boyfriend. But tbh, Marcus Lovett’s Phantom just feels a little more... idk, tender than the standard? Careful? Idk what to call it but if someone put a gun to my head and said “pick the Phantom that would be the least terrible to wind up dating” I would easily say Marcus Lovett. He’s like Prince Lotor. The potential for a wonderful boi but the creators want him to suffer.
I hate watching them too! It feels so wrong; I'm trying to avoid them (not watching this one; just reading the comments!). Sierra's lovely; she's 3rd on my "favourite Christines that I've seen" list.
