Dude, my personal theory is that the reason that Brawl Stars was a wasteland when the game launched is that Starr Park caused it. Also, if you remember that mini game with 8-Bit, he ended up in Starr Park. Also, remember that there was a ton of references to some of the brawlers which could imply that they worked there at some point...also, that one Mr. P toy told me to tell you he would reap your soul...
