For many years, the so-called Nazi-era Gold Train has been a topic of mystery.
This Gold Train was supposed to have transported looted gold, art and industrial goods of the Nazis during the Second World War. Eventually, it has been lost in a tunnel near the Polish city of ""Walbrzych"" ever since. In 2015, the Gold Train fever broke out and the town in Poland became a tourist attraction.
The Nazis exploited various countries and robbed not only money, but also gold and art. Especially Hermann Goering and Adolf Hitler enriched themselves with the works of art. Hitler wanted to exhibit the looted artworks in his own museum in Linz. The Americans systematically searched for the artworks stolen by the Nazis and found billions of dollars worth of stolen goods.

Some of it is in Lichtenstein, some were stolen by high ranking US Army officers, some by ordinary soldiers and some by US politicians when (some) of the gold was shipped to the US and still some of are indeed in Swiss and German bank vaults!

As a child I remember several train cars in the tunnels we used to play in under the old SS housing units. They were locked so we could not get into them, BUT we used to squeeze through the bars the military put up under the area. This was in Nuremburg where we were stationed (military family)... Now as an old man I always wonder what else was down there... We found guns, grenades, flags, and even a body one time (well, skeleton anyways). LOL, when my father found out we were going through all the tunnels we got a spanking and the army put up a better barrier we could no longer squeeze through.. I can still remember how musty the tunnels were and they always stunk like mold and mildew. If anyone wants to know where before I pass just let me know... maybe if you live on the old base, or even close to it you can go look... Right off Popular street on the base, under the housing units. You cant miss it, go to the basements, by the storage areas, look for the bars on the right side of the basement.... If the housing units are still up, the bars should still be there unless its all been cemented up...

The Berlin Airlift after WW2. The operation was a cover up to get the treasure out of Germany. Fly food in in for hungry Germans, fleets of planes fly out supposedly empty aircraft laden with illegal art treasures going back to UK, then to US. The whole operation looks totally legit.

I think it was found and the Polish gov shafted the hunters and kept it for themselves. Just like that civil war treasure in PA a couple of years back. The gov comes in and takes it while the finders get the shaft.

there are two trains hidden in the hills ,under wroclaw both are armoured , we found them when we where young ,spending hours there , but alot of its was slowing filling with water, .rubble everywhere , blocked off area,s .we found small pieces of copper , and what we fought was tin or aluimium , but could have been silver as kids we had no idea , .there are a lot of tunnels around the forest , some hugh and some small like store,s

One time I was in Argentina and I found a gold bar buried in the hotel courtyard I was staying at. For fun I brought my metal detector. The bar 4in by 6 in and had a swaztika on one side of it

@@Gl49ers yes I found a whole case of gold bars with the swastikas on but in Poland also rare works of art. Statues. Figurines paintings etc . I smuggled it all home and now have in my basement. About three metric tonne? And also some platinum and diamonds rubies and other precious stones

In the UK it is Spanish Armada gold - every sunken wooden ship is a Spanish Galleon and every Galleon was loaded to the gunalls with gold to the point they had no room for cannonballs and had to use it as ammunition. A small truth - some ships carried a small amount of gold - blown out of proportion.

i mean some were indeed so laden they had to ditch the ballast. and we know this from the manifests. most carried more than 2x the amount listed to avoid paying the kings 1/5 tax by wearing it as personal jewelry and hidden in casks

There are Tunnels and Bunker Complexes Under the Owl Mountains and in the Alps also that have still to be accessed let alone found..Some are probably best left shut and undiscovered for all our sakes!
