On Tuesday the 7th of March 2024, Jetstar flight JQ520 was scheduled to make a routine trip from Melbourne to Sydney.
All seemed normal as passengers boarded the flight at Melbourne airport. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, however, this flight would be anything but normal.
