You actually replied i wanted to tell u abt the chunk ban system

Make those green areas in such a way that u can ban the player inside the main cell and entrence with a lever and leave a secret green spot and dont mention where it ,is if u doin the next update and only the chief guard knows where it is such that no one can sabotage and yeah try doing an barrel kill test if u can fit it in there its nothing but switch the 3x3 blocks with hoppers then fit the player in a 1 block space and suffocate him to death and he spawn near the last kill check he wont expect teleporting back to the last kill check so one more step to prevent smuggling and 1 last thing dont forget me when u grow dude all the beat !!
