I can get the first nair to fast fall nair 1 to connect true but it feels impossible for me to true connect the third nair no matter what kind of timing I do. Do you have any idea what I’m doing wrong? Thanks always great vids
Try to delay the fastfall nair 1 a little bit more or check if you're fastfall it asap, also keep in mind that the combo counter isn't very reliable and will often display the combo as untrue even if when it's true
What do you use to short hop without using an aireal. I am using two jump buttons to short hop consistently, but maybe taping the jump button would be better
I used the 2 button input for a while but I found just learning quick input single button short hop is more consistent I have heard other people say otherwise so it could just be a personal preference so give them both a go till you are pretty consistent with either then work out which one works better for you
anyone else cant make them first 3 nairs??? Ijust kept trying and trying but couldnt manage to land at least 2 of em, any help would be really appreciated, (I play with the pro controller)
I know this video was made from a while ago, but do you ALWAYS get this combo as true according to the combo meter when you try it on various characters? Sometimes I get it as true and other times the combo meter says it isnt. I think even if the combo meter says its not true, it’s basically damn near true to the point where you cant escape.
I honestly ignore the combo counter except for kill confirms where my paranoia gets the better of me. There’s so many bugs in the combo counter like reverse hits of certain moves not counting as combos, true grab combos not being registered etc. At this point, I just practice what I know is true based on transferring it to a match and trying it.
