Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday arrived in the United States for a crucial visit to present Kyiv's plan to end two and a half years of war with Russia. FRANCE 24's Mark Owen speaks to Melinda Haring, senior advisor at Razom for Ukraine. She says it's imperative that Ukraine stays intact through the winter as Zelensky pleads for more air defense systems to protect the power grid and the use of long range weapons into Russian territory.
