I went to an open market and sawsomeone who looked just like an ex father in law who is deceased. I immediately imagined he and his wife would have loved these besutigul fresh veggies and cheeses and breads.. How many conversations we had about healthy foods and i recall many of their tips today.

When I was with my ex the Dr said I was getting diabetes I thought that's weird I don't even eat a lot of sugar or nothing but he had diabetes and I think he was poking me with the needles when I was sleeping at night.
