Hi zion he has zero chance of ever getting me back ever hes definitely a covert narcissist. So glad I discarded him blocked him just as he was starting to try to devalue me 8 weeks ago. Great video thank you Zion. He had no reafromme just silence to his sudden change in behaviour towards me and not in a good way. The day after I came back from spending 3 days with him. Silent treatment and being passive aggressive and. Which he had never done before in 17 momths.

The advice that Zion is giving is so difficult to follow at first. But I believe eventually you will end up blocking them and walking away forever. As Zion says, if they do want you back, they aren't capable of making an Honest attempt to repair the damage they've done. If they are empathetic or remorseful(highly doubtful), they seem to be incapable of showing it and have no clue how to build a bridge back to the relationship.

He did heroin and started abusing me.. :( I got drunk and went crazy, and I broke up with him and idk why I regret it but I’m more upset that I let him get to me.. I wish I could have been stronger. I shouldn’t have drank alcohol while I was so vulnerable

As you mentioned Zion receiving friend requests through fake profiles I received one yesterday and didn't even bother to look at it. It didn't even have a face on the profile but i've gotten to the point which I don't care no more. I'm so over his peti games. His definitely not a life time partner his far from knowing what commitment is his a lost soul.

It was so unnecessary and unavoidable with these creatures, which is why it's so important to do the right thing now, and not let anymore toxic people do this to us and treat us this way. However, when we are used to this type of abuse it's easy to fall back into the trap and cycle of abuse, thus why we NEED to set "new" positive cycles & patterns in our lives first that are automatic for us. Things that are more important than anyone we might possibly meet, things we have control over and that only enhance and accentuate positive things in our LIVES! So that when negativity comes our way it easily bounces off of us and doesn't even faze or affect us 😊

Sometimes you notice their soul is struggling. But they can't break free. It comes the moment you give up. And you block them. I still feel sorry for that girl. 🙏
