The National Collegiate Team of Japan 

Tino Ceberano Hanshi recalls an episode from 1978 when the infamous National Collegiate Team of Japan visited Melbourne, Australia to compete against the Victorian team. He hosted them at the hombu dojo of Goju Kai Victoria at North Balwyn for a friendly, training session the day before the main competition.
