Great intro, love your sense of humour, it does look like a vortex, very Time Tunnel or Twilight Zone. I love this blanket. Thanks to you I have a very long list of things I just have to make. I'm starting this as soon as I can get my hands on the yarn. I just love your tutorials, you're so very thorough, lots of support and advice. As usual an amazing pattern, truly stunning (and I never use that overused word, but it fits here), thank you so much for your time and energy. I just love your game channel. It reminds me of the times when I would crochet while my boys would play (maybe I played too) and we would try to solve the puzzles together. Thank you for the memories. You're the best.

Thank you! I just found your videos! You are a great teacher!!! & So hilarious!!! It is awesome to see a man crochet & share what he's learned! You also bring back beautiful memories! A dear friend of my family in the 70's. "HE" was an ICU nurse at night in our local VA hospital. He learned to crochet to do something as he watched over his patients. He made small lapghans & then would give them to his patients!! I was a teenager then & didn't crochet. I learned about 39 yrs ago. Doug was an inspiration to me. I donate to those in need or to someone that needs a lift! Thank you! Be blessed!

Oh you are wonderful. I just began nursing school so when I take a break, I wanted something mindless to let my brain relax from all the memorization. We found two big caron cakes at a Goodwill store that happen to match my dining room. I have a papasan and wanted to make a round blanket for it. I happened upon your video and I could not be more pleased. You gave me everything I was looking for in a decompression project. Love you so much. I am one happy clam!!

The best thing about this channel is that there are no mistakes in the pattern. I have used patterns from other channels only to get half way through and there are so many mistakes I can’t complete the project. I was trying to make a semicircle pineapple pattern. Had to stop after 19 rows and take it all apart. Thank you.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've been waiting for you to do the spiral because the last one I tried wasn't laying down and I couldn't figure out why so I frogged it. I'm having less problems following your videos because you take the time to explain as you go along. You're slower and not in a rush to get projects done.
