Seattle and Vancouver are the absolute no brainers. The two most profitable cities. When I hear someone say Vancouver not having proper fan support that is the biggest load of crap 🚽💩that people with no clue say. Where to begin to de bunk this, for starters they were in the top 20 in attendances for the first 3 seasons, considering that a team with a compiled .359 win % was never in the bottom 3 for attendance even tho in the 6 years in Vancouver they never finished outside the bottom 3 in league standings. 101 wins in 6 seasons is essentially 17 wins per season when the reality is most seasons all NBA teams pass that threshold of wins. From the ownership down the team was dysfunctional plus the worst expansion rules in the history of sports was brought down to the Canadian franchises. It took Memphis 17 seasons to have a higher season average then when In Vancouver even the 2012-13 Grizzlies season when they reached the WCF did they post a average regular season attendance higher then when in Vancouver. To this day 3 of the top 6 attendance averages is when the Grizzlies were still in Vancouver. If anything it shows how loyal that fanbase was. Keep in mind a city with a very high GDP with an already established fanbase. Pre season games sell out in minutes with a NBA ready stadium in the DT core that’s top 5 in stadium capacity. Grizzlies memorabilia and gear is worn everywhere in the city to this day. The Grizzlies are disliked by the NBA but they aren’t in Vancouver especially with the local guy Brandon Clarke. The team would be god awful again but I guarantee you fans would just be great full for a team again. Plus they’d make a good rival with Seattle Portland and re create the Naismith cup with Toronto. Which I also guarantee you a Toronto Vancouver Christmas Day game would absolutely crush viewership records regardless when it lands on a Sunday again. 1.) Seattle 2.) Vancouver Raptors Vs Kings pre season tickets sold out in under a day all from pre sale. Upper bowl tickets were north of $225CDN = $170USD lower bowl tickets ranged from $350CDN($260USD) - $3,100CDN($2,277USD)

Las Vegas seems to me as a serious contender - the NBA is all about game, high stakes, thrill, big money and entertainment, so is Las Vegas. The second franchise is a toss up. I'll dub the franchise either Las Vegas Lucky Stars or Las Vegas Hazarders. Whaddya think? 🐺
